Baptism is going public with your faith. As you are submerged under the water, you identify with the death and burial of Jesus. When you are raised out of the water, you identify with His resurrection. When you are baptized, you are publicly identifying yourself as a follower of Jesus Christ, and showing others that you have personally trusted in Jesus for salvation.

Hey there, friends! Easter is just around the corn

Hey there, friends! Easter is just around the corner, and we couldn’t be more excited to celebrate with you! We’ve got four identical and amazing services lined up that you won’t want to miss.
Join us on Good Friday, April 7, at 7 pm for service as we reflect on the sacrifice that Jesus made for us on the cross. We’ll have a time of worship, prayer, and a message that will encourage and inspire you.

Then, on Easter Sunday, April 9, we have three services to choose from - 8 am, 9:30 am, and 11 am. Our sermon title is “Missing Peace,” and it’s all about dealing with anxiety in our minds, hostility in our community, unrest in our homes, and heaviness in our hearts. We’re left wondering, “Where can I find peace?”

Well, we believe that Jesus is the answer. He is the source of true peace and hope, and we can’t wait to explore that together in our Easter services. So invite your family, your friends, your neighbors, and anyone else who could use some peace in their lives.

Many families have been affected by the destructive storms that hit north Mississippi last week. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected by those storms, but we can do more than pray! Here are three ways for you to help:⁣

Good morning, church fam! Just a friendly reminder that we have church tomorrow at 9 am and 10:30 am. Don’t worry, we won’t make you get up as early as the roosters, but we do promise some pretty great coffee to wake you up.⁣

We’re welcoming new families to our community, and we need your help to make room for them! If you’re able to park across the street in the complex or by the upper elementary school, that would be amazing. And don’t worry about the walk, we have some fancy golf carts ready to pick you up and bring you right to the door.⁣
