Missions & Outreach Director

The Missions and Outreach Director is responsible for overseeing our mission’s partners (both locally and globally) and our community outreach initiatives. This position will manage the day-to-day workflow and prioritize various projects within the department. These projects will include staying connected with existing mission partners, identifying new mission partners/opportunities, managing our benevolence requests, and creating local outreach opportunities for our church. The Missions and Outreach Director must have an evangelistic heart that longs to see lost people come to know Jesus. Additionally, they must be a team player, be a leader of leaders, have a servant’s heart, and have full buy-in to the mission and vision of Mosaic Church. Chemistry with the Mosaic staff and dedication to the seven staff commitments are necessary.

Facilities Director

The Facilities Director oversees and executes all building and grounds cleaning and maintenance. This position will manage the day-to-day workflow and prioritize various projects within the department. The Facilities Director must be knowledgeable in all facets of facility management, including strategic planning, project management, contract management, mechanical systems, utility management, ground/landscaping, code compliance, custodial, construction, safety, and volunteer recruiting/management. Knowledge of business principles, budgeting, and related processes is also required. The Facilities Director must be a team player, be a leader of leaders, have a servant’s heart, and have full buy-in to the mission and vision of Mosaic Church. Administrative Assistant

Under the general supervision of the Human Resources Director, the Administrative Assistant has the primary responsibility to be the “face” for Mosaic Church during the work week. The Administrative Assistant must be a team player, have a servant’s heart, and have full buy-in to the mission and vision of Mosaic Church. Chemistry with the Mosaic staff and dedication to the seven staff commitments is a must. Core competencies must include proficient computer and technical abilities in addition to excellent verbal and written communication skills.  In a ministry environment, the assistant must always demonstrate a positive “can-do” attitude.
