What is the Made for More Campaign?
God is working in a powerful way at Mosaic Church. We see packed services, growing ministries, and people finding hope in Jesus! This initiative helps us respond to what God is doing right now so more people can find and follow Jesus.

What are we building?

ROOM FOR ADULTS
A 1,500-1,800 seat auditorium with future balcony expansion. Designed to feel warm and welcoming to accomodate the crowd!

ROOM FOR CHILDREN
Bright, secure, high-tech MoKids! environment where kids will grow in faith and joy. Larger rooms and better flow.

ROOM FOR COMMUNITY
A welcoming coffee shop and comfortable seating to make it easy to connect and talk about life and faith.
Why build here?
The new site is less than a mile from I-10, placing Mosaic within a 25-minute drive for most of the Mississippi Gulf Coast. More access means more people hearing the gospel and finding a church home.
And a bigger space means a bigger impact, not just locally but globally! A bigger crowd means we can expand our support for local ministries and care initiatives like Community Care Network, SOAP, Good News Prison Ministry, The Lord is our Help Food Pantry, and the MISS Pregnancy Support Center.
Plus we will be able to increase our generosity to global partners and mission efforts such as Operation Christmas Child, Compassion International, and Feed My Starving Children.

Made for More: The Message Series
Join us on Sunday, January 4, 2026, as we launch a six-week message series that explores the life of Moses, a man who doubted his abilities, faced seemingly impossible challenges, and yet discovered that with God, he was made for more.
This series will help us find out how God uses ordinary people to accomplish extraordinary things and will inspire each of us to see how God can use our stories in His bigger plan. It will also give our church family a clear picture of what’s ahead for the Made for More project and how we can all contribute.

Why are we doing this now?
If you’ve been at Mosaic on a Sunday, you’ve seen it. We’re bursting at the seams. Four services in two locations, a fifth one launching in January, and still, people are running out of room to experience what God is doing here. God has placed an incredible opportunity before us: A piece of property perfectly positioned for growth and a community that’s coming to us faster than we can accommodate. We believe He is calling us to step out in faith now—to make room for the people He is bringing and the lives He is ready to change.
How will our church change and what will we accomplish in the next 2–3 years?
Our church family will grow—and that’s something to celebrate! With growth comes an even greater need for connection. That’s why Community Groups and Serving Teams will become more vital than ever. Just like in Acts 2, when God added 3,000 to the church, the people devoted themselves to small group community, and the result was explosive spiritual growth. When churches have had the faith to take on similar projects, they’ve seen attendance grow by 25–33%. But this isn’t about attendance or square footage; it’s about impact. Every seat represents a story, a person, a soul. This project is about reaching more people across the Gulf Coast who don’t yet know Jesus.
How will this affect our ministry to our community?
This project will allow Mosaic to reach more people than ever before. With additional space, we can welcome families more easily, create room for guests, and offer a place where people truly belong.
How will this affect our ministry around the world?
As Mosaic grows, so does our global reach. More resources mean greater generosity toward missions, church-planting, and outreach.
We’ll be able to:
- Give more to global partners and mission efforts
- Pack more Operation Christmas Child shoe boxes
- Sponsor more children through Compassion International
- Feed more hungry families through Feed My Starving Children
How much will the building cost?
Once our architect completes the drawings and contractor bids are received, we’ll know the final amount. Based on early concepts, we estimate the cost will be approximately $15 million.
Can we afford this building?
That depends on us—our faith, our generosity, and our willingness to say “yes” to what God is doing. Based on national data and expert consultation, we believe there is a real possibility of completing this project debt free if our entire Mosaic family sacrifices generously over the next two years.
What is a generosity campaign and will I be pressured to give?
A generosity campaign is a season where God’s people stretch their faith through giving, expanding their generosity so the church can expand its reach. We will never pressure anyone to give. Instead, we inspire people to give because giving is an act of worship and faith.
Will the generosity campaign impact regular giving?
No. We are using a One Fund approach. That means everything—our ministries, missions, and the new building—comes from one unified fund. Our goal is to raise $24 million to cover both ministry operations and construction costs over the next two years.
Will this project require financing?
We hope not. Our prayer is that God will provide through the faithfulness of His people. The more generous we are, the less we’ll need to borrow.
What is unique about our church location?
The new site is less than a mile from I-10, which means people from all across South Mississippi can reach Mosaic in under 25 minutes. It’s an ideal location for growth and accessibility—a central hub for life change on the Gulf Coast.
Did we get outside help?
Yes. We are partnering with experienced architects, civil engineers, and contractors who will guide us through every step of the process to ensure excellence, stewardship, and alignment with our vision.
How long will construction take?
We anticipate the construction phase will take about two years once ground is broken.
How many people will the new auditorium seat?
We are planning for an 1,800-seat auditorium designed to feel warm and welcoming while accommodating the growing number of people God is bringing to Mosaic.
Will there be future construction? Is there a master plan?
Yes. The initial build includes the auditorium, MoKids! space, lobby, café, classrooms, and bathrooms. In the future, we plan to add a Student Ministry facility and additional spaces as God continues to grow Mosaic.
We are already working with our architect and civil engineers to develop a long-term master plan for the property—a plan designed for sustained growth and future generations.
